All meetings of the Planning Commission, Tree Board, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and Climate Action Committee are held in the hybrid format, via Zoom and in person at City Hall.

Public Comments
Each advisory body will accept oral Public Comments during its regular meetings from those attending the meeting in person. Written comments will no longer be read by staff.
Persons who attend the meeting in person and wish to speak will be asked by the Chair or designee to raise their hand.
When you are called upon to speak, please begin your comments by stating your name and any organization represented. Please be advised that your comments are being recorded; each speaker is allotted three (3) minutes. The meeting host will serve as the timekeeper and will notify you when your time has expired.
