The Court is experiencing a high volume of emails and calls in response to an unprecedented amount of photo enforcement filings and hearing requests.
If you have filed a request for a Traffic Electronic Hearing (TEC) or written hearing request and have not yet received a response, please be patient. Processing times are longer than expected, and it may take up to 2 to 3 months from the date you submitted your TEC form before you receive a response from the Court.
Please be assured, late fees are not assessed on matters while they are under review by the Court. For citations that are found committed or granted a reduction to the fine amount, the due date will be extended as part of the Court's ruling.
Re: TEC hearings: the Court’s decision will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the requesting party (please check your spam or junk mail folder). If you requested a written hearing, the Court’s decision will be sent by US mail.
