Processing times are longer than expected on Traffic Electronic Hearing (TEC) and Written Hearing Requests.
The Court is experiencing a high volume of calls in response to an unprecedented amount of photo enforcement filings and hearing requests. If you have filed a request for a Traffic Electronic Hearing (TEC) or written hearing request and have not yet received a response, please be patient. Processing times are longer than expected, and it may take up to four weeks before a response is received from the Court. Please be assured, late fees are not assessed on matters while they are under review by the Court. For citations that are found committed or granted a reduction to the fine amount, the due date will be extended as part of the Court's ruling.
If you requested a TEC hearing, the Court’s decision will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the requesting party (please check your spam or junk mail folder). If you requested a written hearing, the Court’s decision will be sent by US mail.
