What about real estate properties? Are they allowed to display sandwich board signs?
Yes. Real estate properties are allowed to display one sign per street frontage, not to exceed six square feet and six feet in height. One open house sign per street frontage is also permitted. A maximum of four open house signs are permitted in the right of way between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm for up to two days, given that the signs are not in the way of travel and do not create a traffic or safety hazard. Signs must be removed within five days of the property being closed, leased, or rented, as the case may be.
